I (“Releasor”) give permission to the Barker Mansion (the “Mansion”) to use photographs and audio-visual recordings that I have provided to it (the “Materials”) in accordance with this Release. Specifically, I, on behalf of myself and any others who created or who appear in the Materials, hereby irrevocably and unconditionally grant the Mansion, the Barker Welfare Foundation and their respective licensees, successors and assigns the non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable right in perpetuity to use such Materials and any likenesses, voices and names contained in the Materials, in any media now known or later developed, for the purposes of the Contest and any publicity relating thereto and in connection with the Barker Welfare Foundation’s and the Mansion’s charitable, educational, marketing and promotional purposes or other commercial purposes. I understand that uses of the Materials as described in this Release may include use on the Mansion’s website, and the Mansion’s other social media such as Facebook, and use in news and other advertising. I acknowledge that the Mansion is not obligated to use the Materials, may change, alter, or modify the Materials without my inspection or approval and waive all rights to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with the use of the Materials.
I represent, warrant and covenant that: (i) the Materials do not and will not infringe the copyright or other rights of any third-party (including copyright or any other proprietary or privacy rights); and (ii) that I have shared the terms of this Release with all others who created or who appear in the Materials and confirm that they agree to these terms and I have the authority to grant the licenses to the Materials to as set forth herein. On behalf of myself, my heirs, family members and executors, I hereby release, and forever discharge The Barker Mansion LLC and The Barker Welfare Foundation and each of their respective directors, affiliates, contractors, partners, volunteers, officers, employees, managers, and agents, and their heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns (individually and collectively), from, and agree not to bring, any claim of any nature, known or unknown, in law or equity, that I may have or ever may have based on the use of the Materials as permitted by this Release.
This Release is governed by and shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana applicable to releases entered into and performed there.

I warrant that I am a parent or legal guardian of the minor who signed above, and I agree that such minor and I are bound by all the terms of this Release.
