Nestled in the heart of the historic Barker Mansion campus, The Barker Cottage & Green Space offers a versatile and intimate setting for gatherings of all kinds. The indoor cottage accommodates up to 45 guests comfortably and opens directly onto an expansive 900-square-foot deck, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor flow. With deck access included in all rentals, guests can mingle, dine, and enjoy the surrounding landscape with ease.

Beyond the deck, the beautifully landscaped green space provides an open-air extension of the venue, expanding total capacity to over 100 guests.
